Our recreational program is a non-competitive, nurturing program that builds children’s self-confidence and self-awareness in a fun, friendly, and open environment.

Girls will also learn all rhythmic skills such as turns, balances, leaps, and acrobatics. Practicing rhythmic apparatuses is not only fun but helps develop coordination and agility.

The gymnasts will work and have opportunities to participate in Xcel Bronze competitions with their floor and ball routines.

Xcel program

Rhythmic Xcel is a low-stress competitive program that allows children to compete with less training time and experience.

In our SK Rhythmic Silver classes, girls will continue learning body and apparatus skills. In this intermediate rhythmic gymnastics class that includes great exercises to help build a strong and flexible body, the gymnasts will combine elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance, and apparatus manipulation.

Xcel program

Rhythmic Xcel is a low-stress competitive program that allows children to compete with less training time and experience.

LEVEL advancement

The introductory levels go up to level 2, where girls will be introduced to basic body positions of rhythmic gymnastics and ballet and be introduced to rhythmic gymnastics apparatuses. Athletes at these levels are focused on cultivating fine and gross motor skills through various activities using music and apparatuses. There is a concentration on building focus, attentiveness, and coordination. Athletes are being taught simple routines to music, having fun while expressing themselves, and building confidence and perseverance to carry with them throughout all endeavors in life.

FREE TRYOUT CLASS

Levels 7 through 10 represent the pinnacle of our competitive program, tailored for seasoned athletes who have showcased their skill mastery in levels 3 to 6.

Achieving success in these upper levels demands the utmost dedication, unwavering discipline, and unwavering motivation, a commitment shared by both athletes and their parents.

Within this elite training tier, our experienced coaches collaborate closely with athletes, focusing on the meticulous refinement of advanced skills across all facets of rhythmic gymnastics. It's at these levels that athletes prepare themselves for the prestigious journey towards the Elite level, the highest echelon of the sport.

5 sessions per week

Upon successfully progressing beyond levels 3 and 4, our young gymnasts embark on an exciting journey into more advanced training and competition. Levels 5 and 6 represent a significant step up, offering a more rigorous and intensive program that involves increased weekly training hours, encompassing both rhythmic gymnastics and ballet classes.

Competing at this elevated level necessitates a strong and well-established foundation, which serves as a springboard for refining and mastering techniques in both body elements and apparatus handling.

As athletes continue to evolve in this demanding environment, they will not only further enhance their physical capabilities but also strengthen their mental resilience, carrying this solid foundation with them as they progress into the sport.

Introducing our entry-level competitive program, designed for gymnasts who have progressed beyond the beginner stage and are eager to pursue competitive opportunities. This program entails a more substantial time commitment compared to the beginner levels, demanding heightened discipline and increased training hours, including additional ballet classes during the week.

At this stage of training, both gymnasts and parents should be prepared for a significant level of dedication.

Within these levels, our comprehensive training focuses on refining fundamental body skills, enhancing flexibility, mastering apparatus handling, and acquiring the routines essential for performances throughout the competitive season.

The Competitive Team is designed for selected athletes. Tryout provide coaches with a fair way to evaluate rhythmic gymnasts, thus ensuring a balanced group. (there are no tryouts for competitive unless they come from another competitive program.)

Pre-team - beginner stage of competitive rhythmic gymnastics. The gymnasts at this level are selected from our recreational programs. The program target is to prepare the gymnasts for joining our entry-level competitive program.
