Gymnasts are required to wear black tights or shorts, a basic black leotard or black top, and rhythmic half shoes. White socks are okay for beginner classes. Hair should be tightly secured in a bun. No jewelry is permitted for safety.
As athletes advance levels, rhythmic gymnastics apparatuses will be required.
If you have any questions on dress code and where to purchase equipment, don’t hesitate to contact!
We ask that gymnasts arrive to practice no later than 10 minutes prior to class starting and attend all their scheduled practices.
All classes will start promptly on time. Late arrival is discourteous to the athlete themselves, their teammates, and coaches. Athletes will be more likely to see growth and improvement with consistent attendance.

Only athletes are allowed in the practice area during class.
Parents are welcome to wait in our viewing area and observe classes at their convenience. Please be respectful of others and refrain from coaching your child.
Tuition is paid monthly and is due by the last day of the month prior. Any additional practices outside of the set schedule will have no further charge and prices are not reduced for months with fewer classes due to holidays.
Athletes may make up one class each month. The make-up class should be scheduled in advance and should be within the month of the missed class.
Parents must email skrhythmicacademy@gmail.com or text Coach Sofiya if a practice will be missed prior to the start of the next session.
If you wish to withdraw, please contact skrhythmicacademy@gmail.com.
We ask that you cancel at least two weeks before the end of the month, on or before the 15th, to avoid being billed for the following month.
If you have any concerns you wish to discuss with the coach, please do so before or after practice. You may also email skrhythmicacademy@gmail.com or contact Coach Sofiya directly.
Athletes should also feel comfortable to discuss any of their questions, comments, or concerns with all coaches.
We make every effort to listen to all concerns and address them with appropriate feedback.
