fun and Active experience
Our summer program focuses on strength and conditioning, ballet, dance, flexibility, apparatus handling, and more! Apparatus work is one of the most fun parts of rhythmic gymnastics and it is the main focus for athletes during camps. Learning proper technique and handling of apparatuses allows athletes to do more advanced apparatus moves in their routines. Our experienced coaches will share all their knowledge teaching fun, new, and incredible rhythmic tricks!
Flexibility and ballet are also essential components of rhythmic gymnastics. We will have experienced ballet teacher providing training and technique to the athletes to develop the proper technique, placement, and strength necessary to learn body skills. Gymnasts will perfect their arms and leg positions to aid in the exemplary execution of their skills. Ballet also teaches gymnasts artistry and musicality, which is extremely beneficial in being able to tell a story through their routines. Through ballet, various strength training exercises, and flexibility work, athletes will be able to get stronger, poised, and more confident in executing their body skills and routines.
